App use ​

• Use Delm to provide various delivery details, including estimated delivery dates, delivery times, and other relevant information, to your Shopify store customers.
• Do not engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities through Delm.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the delivery details provided through Delm.

Service availability ​

• We strive to provide a reliable and available service with optimal uptime for Delm.
• While we make efforts to minimize interruptions and maintain continuous access to Delm, there may be occasions where the app may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You acknowledge that Delm may experience downtime or disruptions that are beyond our control.

Disclaimer of liability ​

• Delm provides estimated delivery dates and other delivery details based on various factors, but we do not guarantee their accuracy.
• Delm is provided "as is" and "as available," and we make no warranties regarding its operation or the accuracy of the delivery details.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Delm, except in cases of negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Termination ​

• We reserve the right to terminate your access to Delm at any time and for any reason without notice.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of Delm.

Changes to terms ​

• We may update these terms of service without notice.
• By continuing to use Delm, you agree to the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction ​

• These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
• Any disputes related to these terms or your use of Delm shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.

International users ​

• If you access and use Delm from outside Germany, you must comply with all applicable local laws.
• We make no representation that Delm is appropriate or available for use in other locations where its content may be illegal or prohibited.
